About The Artwork

In this artwork, I present a unique interpretation of Bouguereau's timeless masterpiece, "The Birth of Venus," using the delicate medium of pressed flowers. Each petal, leaf, and stem meticulously arranged to breathe new life into the classical imagery. The original collage is made from real pressed flowers. All plants were carefully collected and dried by me. Materials Paper: The core is acid-free PankaFrame cardboard, the forehead is dyed Fabriano paper; acid-free offset paper. Resistant to the aging process and the effects of light. The thickness is 1,5 mm, and the grammage is 1050 g.
