About The Artwork
This surreal woodland is based on and inspired by the view and feeling of the rugged, rolling, colour-filled Welsh countryside… that and my obsession with stained glass… and a playful questioning of the meaning of it all. Much of this drawing was created digitally using a pencil and my ipad, and finished by hand. I have the original in my studio, where I continue to use it with other works to inform and influence my creative work. It’s available here on canvas in both limited (signed) and unlimited editions.
