In the "sub-Identity Spectra 11 - 17" series, I've evolved the narrative into a more introspective space, shifting from bright pop art tones to a deeper, more nuanced exploration of self and society. Here, the subjects still wear the emblematic oversized sunglasses, yet they appear to be even more integral to the thematic essence, symbolizing the introspection and protective layer we maintain against the prying eyes of the world. The sub-series retains the defining oversized goggles from the main series, reinforcing the motif of vision and perception. Yet, there’s an evolution in complexity: the backgrounds and clothing patterns intertwine, suggesting a deeper integration of individual and collective identity. The subjects stand before a cosmic tableau of orbs and circles, some with textured rings reminiscent of celestial bodies, others flat like abstracted digital signals, a commentary on the cosmic and digital realms that envelop us. This sub-series meditates on the synergy between the internal and external, the personal and the pervasive digital cosmos, contemplating how deeply our selves are entangled with the networks and signals that surround us.
