About The Artwork
This is from a screenshot of Amanda Palmer playing piano at a "ninja gig" (an unplanned concert organized overnight with different musicians) at SXSW a couple years ago. I was fascinated by the play of light behind her as she sang. I used colored pencils with a quick sketch style to capture the energy of her performance. There is a grey mat, 17.75 by 15 around this piece at present and I will include that in the purchase if the purchaser desires.
