Ruben Kravets, quite reserved from the outside, found the way to express his bright and strong inner self by creating his artworks in the technique of post-impressionism. Born into a family of artists, Ruben not only got formal education at the Grekov Odessa Art School, but has been a part of art community since his early childhood. He has taken part in multiple group exhibitions and has been an author and coauthor of numerous design and art projects. For the past few years Ruben Kravets has actively worked as a tattoo artist in Tel Aviv, Israel and has become there quite a prominent figure in this kind of art. Having moved to Israel he was inspired for creating new works in paintings by the very special Middle East light that intensified the artist’s love for, in some sense, extremely vivid color pallet. Pastels, oil, pencils - no rules and preferences as long as the technique satisfies Ruben’s thirst for savagely colorful idea.
