I’m a Creative Director who has lead teams to create brand strategic product for global and large companies like Anthropologie, Abercrombie & Fitch, Juicy Couture, Nordstroms, Artful Home, Soft Surroundings, and many others. I carry diversity within my career where I had opportunities to lead large and small companies, as well as managing apparel, accessories, and home products. I'm a possibility-oriented leader who embraces and excels in the opportunity to question what has worked in the past. Throughout my 13 years as a Design Manager the common thread all design companies have is difficulty streamlining communications and processes, as well as using technology to our advantage. With every company I’ve worked for I’ve implemented strategies to work smarter in our every-changing world. My expertise includes the ideation and vision of quality product from apparel design, interior design and creating successful brand focused visual imagery. I established customer centered designs and campaigns for each company I’ve led. While leading creative product and imagery, I also oversee individual development, provide motivation, and advocacy which grows people into their potential and creates a positive impact on my co-worker’s lives. Outside my day job, I have a passion for the arts and created my own art business in 2013 where I sell paintings and accessories. I have a huge heart for children and the underfed and jump on opportunities to volunteer in areas where my talents and strengths can bring value to others. As a native Southern Californian, you’ll find me hiking in the mountains anywhere a plane can land! I’ve climbed peaks all over the country and have traveled around the world. Thousands of miles are mapped under my feet. The exploration and adventure I’ve experienced in my life has led to a greater understanding of nature and Gods love for humanity!
