About The Artwork

Life size drawing from a plaster cast of an anatomised right arm. The medium is charcoal and white chalk on blue carta Roma paper. This was done after I attended the Florence Academy of Art. It has an ivory mount and an antique black Florentine frame with gold leaf inlay. Its measurements in total are 110cm x 70cm x 4. The drawing was exhibited at the Scottish Gallery, Edinburgh, in 2007. It is a truly exceptional work that seems to glow.
