I spent many years travelling and learning about different cultures. So much time looking outside that I had neglected myself. Regardless of the enrichment that came from my external experiences, I was neglecting my inner self. We are all layers. what is on the surface is not always in alignment with what is beneath. It's life. But breath is also life. Remembering to take the deep breath in and connect to your inner self is the most important thing we can do. It gives total inner peace.
