About The Artwork
In a dream, I was on one side of a wall and a friend was on the other side. Unable to understand words between us, we alternated knocking. In an effort to recreate the dream, I began to put images on paper. As I worked, I realized it was Centering/4 - another response to the COVID-19 challenge in which we are living. We communicate in any way we can. When one way doesn't work, we find another. To create this, I used pencil and brush pens on paper.
