Black ink on art paper 240 gr. Original signature on the back. Tu ne cede malis sed contra audetior ito. Don't be discouraged by adversity, but go against them courageously. I created this work paying particular attention to geometries and symmetries. the diver's helmet that emanates a divine light is at the center of attention, enriched with decorations, it really wants to capture the attention of the whole scene. around him a frame that acts as a shield, that shield that keeps him well away from adversity, which I wanted to represent with sea demons at the top, on the right we can see the demon indicating their target, and on the left the companion who try to pierce it, in the lower center we have a monstrous creature, which with a frightened look closes a triangular geometry with the other two demons. The helmet, motionless, as an object is lifeless. And in this way I wanted to give greater significance to the fact that those who are inspired and guided by the light will never have reason to break down too much in darkness. ~Limited ed.prints (a4 - a3+ size, 5+5) are available only with private agreements. ~for more info please contact me via email, or social media.

Andrea Caocci reproduces his life experiences through seafaring themed illustrations. Caocci is strongly inspired by his work trade in the maritime sector and also from his "previous life". From the first works characterized by a synthetic and direct representation, Andrea's journey evolves, trying to reproduce those memories as allegories, including devils, women, bad company/habits and also God. Andrea's works take us into a world of dreams and signs, in places without bewilderment and full of sensations. Currently working on new different project of portraits(coming soon)
