What/who inspired the work? abstract expressionism, What do you hope its viewers will feel/think? When I see realism or subject in art right now I see basically a photograph or a computer design of a subject. This turns my taste away it has no soul, spirit, life happy feeling to it. The painting over a photograph thing is dull cheap in poor taste in my opinion and I would not want it in my home. I could just get one of those posters they used to sell at Tower Records and The Warehouse in the 80's. and 90's" you put in your room when you are a teenager. "Technology has advanced so fast that art in all areas is becoming technology and Technology is not art" J.Q.S. Why did you choose the medium, subject matter, style? The pen lines have voices which carry. Pen lines reflect is one of my favorite collections I did. Viewers will see that this is not dark but bright. Every bit of art or whatever you call it I have tried to do in my entire life has been bright (happy go lucky non-depressing) Hand made with a ballpoint pen
