"Justice" Drawing

I’m Shyvonne Neufeldt, a Canadian mixed‑media artist who has spent more than twenty years shaping a visual language rooted in intuition, emotion, and intricate detail. Entirely self‑taught, I work with a blend of ink pens, gel pens, acrylic paint markers, and chalk pastels, slowly layering thousands of lines and marks to build vibrant, multidimensional worlds. My art reflects the journey I’m on — a constant dance between light and shadow, self‑love and self‑growth, chaos and clarity. Many of my pieces take months to complete, not just because of the detail, but because each artwork evolves as I do. Every time you look, you’ll notice something new — a shape, a symbol, a shift in energy that wasn’t visible before. I’m drawn to spiritual themes, surreal landscapes, cosmic colour, and emotional storytelling. My work often explores transformation, healing, and the unseen layers of the human experience. There’s vibrancy, but there’s also darkness — the honest parts of growth that deserve to be witnessed too. Creating art is my grounding practice, my meditation, and my way of offering something meaningful to others. I want my pieces to feel like a moment of reflection, a spark of recognition, or a doorway into your own inner world.
