Like all of us, I also look at hundreds of images that come or are fired at us daily that are undeniably ugly and barbaric. Wars all over the world color and nourish us as human beings. So sometimes you get to see landscapes that were once beautiful, colorful, and cheerful and are now bathed in dull dark colors where, with any luck, a glimmer of sunlight still plays. As an artist, I cannot possibly banish that from my work. The primary illustration shows what the work really looks like without any formatting. The work is attached to a white sheet of paper with 6 thumbtacks so I could work on a wall. It is in that form, without the white sheet of paper, that the work is sent. The other illustrations show the work as it could be with formatting and framing. Of course, it's up to you to choose how you want to hang the work. So you get the work in its pure form.
