About The Artwork

… A long time ago, a huge dragon swallowed the Sun. And the world plunged into darkness. And all life began to die. But there was a brave young man who decided to defeat the dragon and return the Sun to the world. And having gone in search, he took with him only the sword, with which he was going to defeat the monster and the lantern that lit his way in total darkness. Soon the young man met the dragon. And it was defeated in a fight. And the Sun returned to heaven. But the light from the Sun in the first moments was so bright that the young man, dropping the lantern to the ground, covered his eyes with a palm. The fallen lantern did not crash, but turned into a flower of an unusual shape- a flashlight-red color dangling from the stalk. … So, according to this legend, physalis appeared in the world )))
