Inspired by the stunning sunlight reflecting on the water, I felt compelled to try and capture the silver magic of light on dark waters.This was an August evening, early on and the midgies were biting!

I am an artist based in Gloucestershire, UK but originally from Perthshire, Scotland. I have been fortunate to exhibit in some prestigious institutions including Royal Academy, London, RWA, Bristol and RSA, Edinburgh. I trained in Fine Art Drawing and MFA Painting and have literally been drawing my whole life. My proudest achievement is having my ink drawing 'Ghoul School' in the permanent collection of Prints and Drawings at The British Museum. I was also delighted to receive 'Finest Drawing' award at the National Open Art Competition in 2013.
