ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I almost never set myself the task of drawing something specific. It is always an intuitive and intimate process. Spontaneous emotion expressed in the drawing through the plasticity of the body. This is a kind of art therapy that allows emotions to break out. Each time, I myself am interested to see what my subconscious will pull out this time. One of a series of drawings about an unbearable internal state that is difficult to describe in words. Graphite, paper 300gr., fixative.

Born in 1983 in Novokuznetsk, Siberia, Russia. From 2004 to 2022 lived and worked in St. Petersburg, Russia. Since 2022 lives in Belgrade, Serbia. In my artworks I explore difficult to explain complex emotional states using the plasticity and anatomy of the body in a free interpretation. I can describe my style as "Expressive Classicism".
