*Vanessa is a genus of brush- footed butterflies. The name may have been taken from the name of an Ancient Greek deity. This genus contain about 20 species and it is a small group of NYMPHALIDAE. Vanessa butterflies are from each continent without Antarctic. This species usually lives in temperate zones, but makes migration north in the spring and occasionally in the fall. It is one of the few species of butterflies sighted in northern Europe before the arrival of winter. Vanessa means butterfly. People with this name have a deep inner need for quiet, and a desire to understand and analyze the world they live in, and to learn the deeper truths. People with this name tend to be passionate, compassionate, intuitive, romantic, and to have magnetic personalities.They are romantic and easily fall in love, but may be easily hurt and are sometimes quick-tempered.
