Little Miss Muffet Butterfly babes Flitting around self-woven spider webs Entranced by golden curds and whey kinky threads Drawing them ever nearer to their deified Animus Becoming entwined as the crucifying Spider creeps, whose arachnid legs bind the writhing prey within a Priest's caress Their cocooned flesh moistened by syringing Mullah fangs, impregnating their sopping wet G-od Spot muffets, whom to give up their last patriarchal sighs, as the Rabbi sucks dry the protesting juices out of their whimpering shells, falling as hollowed out Fifty-Shades-Of-Grey husks, raining down upon an UR ziggurat tuffet of Little Miss Muffet butterfly skulls. Such an end; but then, the Muffets had deified their Animus. Though, may be one day, they'll become as Obsidian Butterflies, who to Muse inspire the Fallen Anima, to awaken within the psyche of the Great Beast. (Obsidian Butterfly refers to Itzpapalotl who was a fearsome Toltec/Aztec warrior Goddess [Anima archetype] of ancient Mexico, who ruled over the paradise world of Tamoanchan. Itzpapalotl's name can either mean obsidian butterfly or clawed butterfly; the latter meaning seems most likely. It is quite possible that clawed butterfly is a reference to a Bat, and in some instances Itzpapalotl is depicted having Bat wings, which is curiously very similar to the European depictions of Succubi. The Spider refers to the Holy Inquisition in Mexico, whose priests set about torturing and burning Witches as they had done across Europe.)

Mardun is principally a Surrealist Artist, whose author's name is Faustus Crow; but both art and writing alchemically merge of a sacred wedding. Mardun has an experiential interest in lucid dreaming, which of a neurological phenomenon has inspired artists and authors throughout the ages, from whose creations since the time of the painted cave wall of a Shaman have sprung insights into the nature of reality, which became ensuing mystical traditions, such as the occultism of Aleister Crowley to that of the Surrealist 'fantasy fiction' of H.P Lovecraft. Mardun does not see a division between the practices of art and magic; for both practices deal with symbolism, which is the subconscious language form of surrealist dreams and of your fantastic Imagination, which also inspires your culture.
