About The Artwork
This price is inspired by laying on my back on a warm afternoon In may and feeling like I could reach out and touch the clouds. The piece is textured and is made to be touched as a tactile piece of art. It's is an expression of hope in that every cloud has a silver lining. in this cloud and different patterns according to how the light hits and reflects from its surface. I hope viewers of the piece will see something in it as we do when we look into the sky and see a rabbit or a palm tree. The piece was created using cement, glue and paper with acrylic and pearlescent paint used to dry brush across the surface of the texture created.

I consider myself a left wing humanist and I am interested in art as a means of protest particularly against capitalism and the destruction of our planet. I am very inspired by my time in Australia and New Zealand and like to show respect to other cultures in my work. My style is varied.
