C.O.D is a piece of a documentary, a deep dive retrospection of forty decision making years, and how my life looked then and not now.I recall all of the masks that I have worn; was taught to wear, the pretty and not so pretty packages which could last up to 3 months, but mostly a day.This particular mask was one that I loathed then: the inability to be me and be what you might like - for a price.Compartmentalizing you and me, the secrecy and shame. How proud and powerful I was, holding money in my hand from another grift and how guilty I was to conclusion. This terminally unique desire to be on my own led me down a path away from you, towards even lower companions; only to realize that they were just as guilty as me. Even their company wasn't worth living for.The light hadn't shown for several more years. The piece, "Special Delivery" comes into the collection much later... How do we (I) heal from this? One intention at a time. My body, to break it down in digital sketches, code, glyph, journaling, over time this has been an active part of healing from a lifetime of wrongful doing.
