About The Artwork
This artwork mixes digital/analog techniques as well as color theory to invite exploration, expansion and self-reflection. I My artwork seeks to mix architecture and astronomy as a way to invite viewers to explore their aspirations to see the world and to get out of their comfort zone to grow in their own journey. Finally, the artwork raises awareness about light pollution and how our actions can help or harm our environment. I mix architectural landscapes with clear dark skies using a planetarium software called Stellarium to illustrate what our urban skies would look like without light pollution. This is an illustration of a visit to Chicago in 2016. I am always in awe by the Chicago skyline. I also explored a bright color palette as a way to use color theory to evoque emotions and invite exploration and self-reflection. This is one a kind piece and comes with a letter of authenticity.
