8th Street summer Painting

i continue to paint Manhattan streets when the colours strike me, at some streets the cinober of 19th cent buildings is so deep and so nicely goes with blue of new build, with glass that reflects those deep reddish cinobre, dirty orange, yellowish, i stare at it like bewitched person. So the story behind this and other NY paintings are the colours- different in the morning, in the afternoon and most hated hour- the 2pm. the eve is all dead, but early summer manhattan is bewitching!
