In villages of Maharashtra the space in front of the houses are made by using clay and then it is covered by using cow dung. This process has been followed by the people traditionally and women need to have great skills as well as strength to perform this. It is good for the health to walk on such a prepared surface as it radiates energy. This painting has been done in Oil medium on canvas. I did it from my regular observation. In my mind I had this visual where I wanted to capture the morning sunlight.
