About The Artwork

"Plastic surgery" This is my first painting this year. There are hospital sheets, and bandages, and gold as a symbol of the money that is paid for the result, and a reference to the blood spilled by patients. By the way, one of my past paintings became the basis here, so it turned out symbolically that something old is hiding under the new one. Is there any reason to think about whether a person changes inside, acquiring a new appearance? Is it possible to immediately see some meaning or symbolism in abstraction? No, this is not the kind of painting where everything is clear and understandable. But as soon as an explanation appears, you start to think, how did this even come to mind? Or you don't think so and you pass by.
