Abstraction # 400, acrylic on canvas, 50 x 50 cm, 2019, represents the artist's newest look in his stage of maturing as a painter. The total of 14 blue strips, interspersed with the pure white acrylic, with simplicity and lightness, aim to present to the observer modernity. The irregularities of the brushstrokes, to be appreciated closely, and the transparency of the color contrasted with the white background, soften the day to day of the modern man. For more than a decade, SAFE Art has been using free and spontaneous brushstrokes to create a language of its own, whose central objective is to capture on screen the spontaneous beauty of art as an object of contemplation. São Paulo based artist, SAFE Art (b.1979) has been developing his unique style over the past years.Self-taught artist, he is heavily influenced by japanese woodblock prints, expressionist artists like Monet and Cézanne, in his early career. His favorite contemporary artists include Damien Hirst, Ai WeiWei, Yayoi Kusama and the famous german artist Gerhard Richter. Artwork is stretched on a supported wooden frame (ready to hang).

His paintings are characterized by a raw energy through paint drips and the unexpected use of collage and other materials.
