My attraction to Aboriginal culture gets, after a lot of hesitation - expression. This is my original work but it is extremely important to emphasize that it was created with Aboriginal inspiration and not by an original Aboriginal artist. Aboriginal art has fascinated me since my childhood, I have found a cure in the symbols, shapes and painting techniques of the Aboriginal people. I also found a cure in music ...... in this work I combine my two great loves. This classical guitar is in like new condition except for two tiny chips on the side as you can see in the pictures. I have drawn Aboriginal symbols, the most prominent of which is the snake : The Rainbow Serpent (Serpant- snake) dreaming in Aboriginal society represents one of the great and powerful forces of nature and spirit. Connected to water, the Rainbow Serpent is the great life giver, and protector of water, which is his spiritual home. (from https://www.aboriginal-art-australia.com/) “I've been studying, researching and fascinated by Aboriginal art for many years. I'm very attached to the simplicity, the natural flow and the harmony between man and nature as expressed in Aboriginal art. After countless hours of reading and composing I mastered the courage to bring my admiration to this culture by dotted painting. Dimensions: L- 100 cm W (largest side) – 38 cm

I was born in Paris - France in 1960, when I was 9 years old, my father, who all his life was in the shadow of the Holocaust that took his family from him decided to make Aliya (immigration) to Israel. In retrospect, I realized that my experiences as a child - a new immigrant influenced (among other things) my artworks. My infinite search for the whole within the imperfection, attracted me to a combined art of abstract style, pointillism, dotted mandalas, modern-contemporary art, and my highlight, the art that makes me feel most complete: Aboriginal-inspired art. When I walk into my studio and start a new artwork, I am usually in a meditative state, I am connected to the totality and cosmic wisdom that my color points evoke in me and in most cases I do not know what the end result will be. My dotted art is perfect mostly thanks to its imperfections and I hope my soul, my feelings, my love, my energies break through my art.
