Decades ago there was already talk about a flood of images which flow into us through the different medias, but now this flood had turned into a hurricane not least through the spread of the smartphones. In the past, the number of senders was managable, but the traged audience was large, but today, the development seems to be an expression of the rapidly progressing paticularization of society and seems to even accelerate this process. The pictorial showing may give the sender the feeling , to create proximity, to fill the gap between him and the world. But the pictures lack the necessary communicative character. They show, how to look at the things of the others, how they should be : final, declaratory, one document. In my work I serve myself from the stream of images, but by removing them from their context and recombining them, I want to give them their freedom back: in motion, one question, no answer- alive againDecades ago there was already talk about a flood of images which flow into us through the different medias, but now this flood had turned into a hurricane not least through the spread of the smartphones.
