Andy Warhol Painting

I was born in 1965 in Germany. Since 1985 I work as a graphic designer, illustrator and photographer. Art is for me pure emotion, I love it when a drawing or painting really get's to you, gives you a little tickling. The image is leading to imagination and comes alive for the person who looks at it. With my paintings primarily figurative and portraits I want the viewer to experience different emotions. Expression on faces and postures tells so much and can really be inspiring and emotional. Through expressive and sparingly brushstrokes, I create paintings which explore fragility, emotions and moving and how this can be expressed in the medium of paint. My experience with traditional materials I have transferred to the digital world. All images shown here are exclusively digital and are therefore offered as high-quality original color prints on canvas or exclusive paper. My small limited editions are handsigned, numbered and delivered with a certificate. Digital art is a relative new form of art. Every single piece of my art is painted or drawn by hand on a digital drawing tableau. For me it is maximum freedom of creating my art without the restriction of the availability of any kind of material at any place, at any time.
