O K truth is stranger than fiction. So here is the truth. I had just finished a solo exhibition and received a phone call saying that a lady came back to the exhibition to buy a painting, but my exhibition had ended the day before. So could the lady come to my studio/home to view my paintings. Yes. The lady and her friend came and bought three paintings. BUT while I was moving the paintings around for viewing, one of my large wooden framed pieces fell over and chipped my protruding ankle bone. Ouch!!!! A couple of days later I started to paint this one when I bumped my ankle badly and was not happy. My mood was to say the least ANGRY. Hence the name Angry Foot. Looking at the painting one can see the anger, hurt, bad temper and ODD mood of the composition in this piece. Over all it looks good. Must get angry more often. This is nearly as crazy as my work gets. NEARLY. This painting is 100 cm high and 75 cm wide and 4 cm deep. It is finished in a gloss varnish to enhance the color and protect the paint. On the back is a Certificate of Authenticity. It is wired ready to hang and has felt cushions to protect your walls.
