Anonymity #2 Painting

“Anonymity” is an appearance of people in this era! “Anonymity” is a social attitude of the people in this era! We have all been magnified by this highly developed world of easy access information and data, and yet drowned into obscurity. “Anonymity” in itself is a form of contradiction. We live in a materialistic and result oriented world. Everybody work to move up to a higher social status. Yet, because we live in “Anonymity”, some would indulge ourselves and behave against our social moral standards. The anti-social restrictions in our society may intangibly disappear and we would revert back to animalistic behavior. “Anonymity” does a sense of security and existence. However, it also creates an environment of anxiety. If we look at it from a different level, we are taught to result oriented and achieve higher status in this era but nobody would advocate humility, hiding their achievements and brilliance. One who managed to be alive in this “Anonymity” is wonderful and probably wise, having found a new belief. Again, “Anonymity” is a form of contradiction! Human yearns for a symbol to exist that looks bright amid depression. Although, many people still want to be a symbol in a specific category or a symbol in an era, “Anonymity” is realistically reviewing us in distorted status.
