About The Artwork
I’m talking about my art-challenge. I show my picture, made on the 8th day. Challenge was called to pump my skills in spontaneous painting and at the same time my written English. In total, I have created 30 artworks for the entire time of this art-challenge. And here is the story that I wrote on the 8th day of my experiment: "OMG!!! I can't believe I've reached to that point! It's really cool, isn't it? My news history in the social nets looks funny, there are so different pictures. I think that I will never understand what other people like. Which exactly of my art-work you like. So many people, so many opinions. And sometimes you like these pictures which I think it is unsuccessful. And therefore I think it was a very-very-very great idea to start this challenge. I know you better now, and I know myself better too. Each daily exercise looks like a psychotherapist's session. Sometimes I wonder myself, such things are appeared. Today I don’t want to write thoughtful things. So today's story will be short. I'm just happy that I have a new challenge-picture and I can continue my other art-works. Photos of my new art-work are coming soon. A part of this you have already seen, and soon I'll show you a whole creation."

I am researching a woman’s self-awareness, formed through the prism of stereotypes and prejudices that were developed in society. I compare behavior deviation from expected patterns to a glitch effect. Glitch art criticizes the digital culture promoting an ideal transmission of the image. Social glitch is self-expression through violation of programmed standing orders. In my context, the glitch looks like an inconsistency in the information expected. I express the glitch effect through the Central Asian ikat ornament. An ornament is a visual projection of a society. And for me personally it is endowed with special meanings because I grew up in Tashkent, and oriental ornament is part of my aesthetics.
