About The Artwork
This is a second variation of the face that launched a thousand drag queen portraits. Good friends deserve to be deified. As for being dried out, framed and hung on a wall; like mummification, immortality lasts until the image fades or turns to dust. Part of the human will be sad to let go of what they have been for so long. They will be blue, then forget they existed. When I really see myself, I don't want to be that any more. When we really see ourselves, there will only be one, with no edge and no center.
