In flight for new adventures and sketching what has happened in short report to friends--the piece of art is inspired by a wartime pilot and writer Antoine Saint Exupery's life and works, but addresses all who love going for new undiscovered paths and challenges. A pilot himself St Exupery carried letters for others, between continents, but also sketched and wrote tales and stories of his own. The style of the piece of art is retro-industrial/military as the story of the pilot is set in the 20th century, but taking off for abstract-expressionism, the colors, simle monumental shapes and materials communicating feelings of energy, freedom, vibrating with happiness and excitement. The use of metallic gold against organic yellow, and the applied piece of rustic copper piece and coppered wood cube (representing a radar taking messages for pilots waiting at the coastline) conveys the dynamism and energy of the story told.

I enjoy the power of cold and warm materials, metal and wood, and different layers and textures of paint. I love making surrealist art, both abstract and figurative, the tangling and intertwining of dreams and real-life experience, feelings and senses. I build my artworks mostly of wood, metal, and paint, in them I seek an expression of perpetual change, circulation of energy and heat. As for themes and I have been deeply interested in people's ancient beliefs in natural elements, as well as the eternal seeking of supernatural truth beyond mere reason and logic. I have painted ever since my childhood, during my studies in the USA I not only got acquainted with contemporary art, but had the chance to work closely with a Latin American graphic artist and sculptor which deeply developed my thinking and perception and technical knowledge of art. In these years I evolved an interest in the combination of graphic and architectural elements, the combination, coupling of spatial effects and graphic art.
