About The Artwork

The theme is ‘Animal Farm’. Minds like the great George Orwell and Fela Kuti were so far ahead of their time in terms of identifying the truth: the monsters live amongst us. All are equal, but some are more equal than others. Clothed in regalia. Suited up in seats of power. More recently, they wear police uniforms too. They are amorphous in skin but the motive is the same. Let this piece serve as a reminder, a call for humanity. Let this piece remind us the need for AGAPE love- the one that comes from only God himself. Yes, we live in a time we MUST daily remind ourselves to be human. Lest we, the future, become animals in human skin.
