Black, white and red reggata (and gold) Painting - Limited Edition of 20

This picture from the "Marines" (seascapes) collection has been painted with mixed technique on a 40x120cm canvas The intention here was to produce multiple contrasts between colors and between textures and despite that, to create a final harmony impression. Thick planes of materails are applied, sometimes with masonry tools. Some parts of the pictures are raised with sandblasted, golden paint. The sailboats are as if carved with black and white gesso in orde to give them thickness. In the purest "Mikha" style, this full of contrasts painting was made with acrylic, metallic, sandblasted materials and black and white gesso. The painting is varnished. The painting is signed at the bottom right.
