About The Artwork
Starting from a portrait or a sketch, I begin to build a head and dissolve again. Through rhythmic setting of the color, the head emerges again and again. In the process, it dissolves more and more in its structure. I was inspired by my live performance "Transformation through the word . Homage to Christoph Schlingensief, in which I dissolve a head completely into white. In my art i feel a lot inspired by Alberto Giacometti. He dissolved his heads and portraits to get better the essence of the character of this person.
