About The Artwork

This painting began as a collage of newspaper cuttings, from the November 30, 2015 issue of the New York Times, which was then painted in black, white and red brushstrokes to express the psychological weight of "breaking news", when "no news is good news". This painting has been sealed with a satin varnish to protect it.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I'm interested in the language of abstraction, and I often use collage or multiple layers of paint to express multiple layers of experience. I work in oils, cold wax, watercolor, and sometimes alcohol inks, allowing the strengths of each medium to contribute to the overall expression of the piece. My work appears in private collections throughout the country.
