As they say, everything began with an empty canvas. Before any big decision made, I began to fill the canvas with whatever I already know about it, it's dimensional specs. The fold lines to show how much canvas is folded back, and silhuette of myself, to give the sense of the real scale, my eye-height line is as it is important as the rest. Worried that what if someone hangs the painting lower than the height that I painted, don't want to be represented as someone shorter or taller, with inaccurate eye-height. So, I placed a scaled down version of the painting, right in the middle of the painting and marked its height from the floor, to avoid mispresentation of myself. The painting was completed, without any statement.

This is how I paint; What would be better than an empty canvas? What is worthy of sharing with others? Why would I need to paint?
