Carribean dreams Painting

I am passionate about colours, about making art since my childhood. I drew, made woodworks and painted glass. It made me happy and made time stop. But then I plunged in as it seemed to me serious matters such as work, family, children. And somehow my life imperceptibly stopped to be bright and full. Something gone from it. And once during the severe turbulence I realized that I wanted to draw. I was unable to die so stupidly because I wanted to draw. To dive into colors. To feel the colors. I was lucky I was given a chance. The ideas of drawing, composition come from everywhere: music, nature, sky, people, scraps of phrases, history, literature. I am interested in motivations, emotions, desires, in process of the idea's birth. Colors get to the core. Allow to stir something dormant inside. Color can convey any emotion. Color evokes emotion. Remind. Understand. Ask the question again. Man is multifaceted, multicolored. I sometimes see people's colors. It depends on mood, life, plans for future, ideas and health. The emotional purpose of my paintings is freedom. As Oscar Wilde says «The aim of life is self- developent, to realize one s nature perfectly – that is what each of us is here for”.
