Cat In Window was inspired by my black cat Midnight I had years ago and I miss her dearly. I think as I , like many ended up looking out the window during 2020 reflecting on where we are at, what we've been through and how its going to end up. The image of my cat looking out the window brings so many emotions, energy and gratefulness what the beautiful things that were in my life, and are in my life.

I create many pieces by request with recycled fabrics. I mix methods, but primarily use sashiko stitch to create Boro Inspired Art Pieces & Fashionable street-ware, art-ware. I may mix drawing, stamping, paint, crochet, knit, with my sashiko stitching to create my Boro pieces.
