About The Artwork
I collect Vintage Furs to use as subject matter for my paintings. The fox in this painting was purchased at the Mauer Park Flea Market in Berlin and started my love affair with the fox. The model is my daughter who often poses for me. In this painting I was interested in working with different paint effects based on colour and the materiality of the paint.
