Taking from various ideas, forms, colours the image is meant to make you feel like you are someplace else. The structure looks like it is levitating above water or a reflective surface, again adding to the sense of feeling weightless. It is meant to show a variety of elements such as water, air, fire and merely create their presence. It is a merging of elements and feelings within architecture.
