About The Artwork
A high tide at Copalis Beach inspired this painting. The waves come in long an low and layer up; I used a palette knife to depict this thickly stacked tide. The clouds were wispy and seemed almost to hover in the foreground. This painting can be hung quite simply, with a nail. It is currently unframed but would look nice with a wood frame in gold, blue, or gray.
