This piece was inspired by the silos and wheat fields that intersect in Alberta, Canada - sometimes carved into by far-reaching railways and depots with train cars lined for what feels like miles - as far as the crow flies they say. This piece has extensive showings but select offerings over the collection years. It is a rarity amongst the archives when J.F. Alberts style was predominately landscape and inspired by Group of Seven. A rare piece that is stylistic, fun and an epic tale of the Wheat basket of Canada.
