Pienso que lo has preparado muy bien:

En la Noche de Walpurgis

deambulamos camino del BROCKEN,

para, libremente, por voluntad propia,

aislarnos allí de todo".
(Traducción: Carmen Moreno)

Ghosts, november is the month of the dead. The spirits accompany us. Everything is within us. I have been inspired by castles, in the fog and the solitude.

"COVEN" is a symbolic work inspired by loneliness, the countryside, the fog, the old castles, ... the abandoned houses around the world. It is a work in an abstract expressionist style of great strength, made in acrylic on canvas. Of course inspired also, of course, by the old meetings on the German mountain "der Brocken" ... covered in snow from September to May, and hidden by fog almost 300 days a year.
Goethe speaks in the first part of his "Faust", as the center of coven, meeting and celebration of the Walpurgis Night, from April 30 to May 1:

"You, spirit of contradiction!

Go ahead, lead me!

I think you have prepared it very well:

On Walpurgis Night

we wander on the way to the BROCKEN,

for, freely, voluntarily,

isolate ourselves there from everything"

CARMEN MORENO ART 2024 SETDART AUCTIONS Madrid, Barcelona, march 2024. EXPOMETRO NEW YORK TIMES SQUARE, 2 dec. 2023, 1530 BROADWAY, NEW YORK CITY. 10th anniversary with its first Digital Billboard ART SHOW. Carmen Moreno 2024 Carmen Moreno is represented by the following Art Galleries: Setdart subastas Madrid, Barcelona. Galería Lanza, Madrid. Saatchi Art Gallery. Singulart Gallery-Paris. Carmen Moreno's work is bought by Art collectors worldwide. "World of Art" magazine 2020 Guggenheim Museum New York. "First of all, my pictures are myself, then the others and the whole. My work is an attempt to get closer to the mystery of things, to the mystery of life. Or maybe it's the other way around?. I have a tendency to create a figurative artwork BUT...the artwork begins to fly and fly and becomes independent by itself. On the other hand, I prefer to make the mixtures on the canvas and to contribute the painting something unreal, I love bright colors. Sometimes I start a work and try to unravel a mystery that is screaming to get out, and when I realized that I have fail and I must abandon it exhausted, the artwork follows its own life in solitary. I'm just the middle who consolidates a response". … Carmen Moreno lives and works between Germany and Spain. She has been successfully presented in the World of Art for more than twenty years ago. Her motto:"True Art must thrill". Her Artworks are found in numerous private collections around the World. www.carmenmoreno.com All Artworks rights are reserved by Carmen Moreno.
