Creators of the Moonlight Painting

My style is expressed through an eclectic variation of techniques. Color/line, the decorative, light and shade are all part of my distinctive style. Inspired by the Surrealists and the Romantics in my earlier days tend to have had an influence. I use various techniques and media to gain the desired visual. I work mainly in oil and spray paints. But also with most drawing materials and watercolor. Literature , music, nature and memory are also influences in my work. I moved to Kansas City in 2011 and continue to paint and exhibit here. Also one day a week I teach to the youth ages 8 and up, making my own program and having fun with the lessons teaching the disciplines in art as well as allowing the pupils to be expressive and unique in their work.
