When Leonard Cohen died I heard his forgotten songs all day long... and then I saw an underwater Video with water liles, I started to paint this series with a tought of Dance me to The End of Love song. The water in the Pond was calm and the lilies on it were beautiful, in bloosom, the hole scenery was breathtaking...and then the camera went beneath and one hole world of Dance was to be seen, Down under , in the muddy Pond , there is so much move, it Looks like all the life down is dancing . The sun is making the Ponds surface shimmers and calls on lilies to emerge from underneath..... I used a lot of paint and with Palette knife I created the moving grass and stalks . It looks gorgeous in nature and it can be photographed in the way it is in nature.....You'll have to buy it to see.... :) THE STUNNING, UNIQUE EFFECTS AND WONDERFUL COLORS CANNOT BE ADEQUATELY CAPTURED IN PHOTOS.
