About The Artwork
"Dance of Life" is an original acrylic painting on 20"x16" stretched canvas. For depicting fishes, animal figures and nature, the traditional "Mithila" or "Madhubani" painting style of India has been used. The elements of nature and the living beings, living in harmony has been depicted in this painting. The sides of this gallery wrapped canvas are painted in single color. The brushstrokes are flat without multiple layers or without the intentional use of three dimensional perspective in this folk art style. This was created in 2016. Prints are available for sale.

I enjoy drawing freehand, where every freehand action, every mark made, leads to the next one, and next, creating a poetry with lines, a story in rhythm.
