Sexual stillness, whisking contemplations and hard realities swept away with dreaming. Landscapes unfold, creatures erupt. From the darkest to the lightest ephermalbilia the whisps and want nots curl together with fluidity and fortitude. A tendency to push; in conflict with a mediative happening. The barrage of making, steps aside to allow the watery brush marks to grow and beckon in unexpected guests to dance their stories of mischief. Highlights flicker and bring new life to tarnished paint stains building up a depth of form and subtle swirls that lick the page. Colours are taken from a solitary love bird trapped in a bedroom hiding still and out of sight of the dying black dog sleeping below.
