'Ducking around' is part of the short series - 'Poetry in geometry'. The painting is an ironic representation of today's society. It speaks for immorality, it is about what happens in the night clubs and not only - the chaotic ducks on the skirt were purposely chosen as a graphical representation for the girls with 'duck face syndrome'. These are ladies that would do anything for getting men's attention. The black duck stands for the guys hypnotized by them that cannot follow since they are already committed (on a leash). I chose using bold complementary colors for emphasizing the visual balance and contemporary fashion elements with an optical crush.
